As an assistant counselor at the management consulting company “Boston Consulting Group,” Ben Sasse began his career in 1994.
His last month of consulting was November 1995. Later, he worked with Christians United For Reformation as executive director (CURE).
He was appointed executive director of ACE when CURE and the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals (ACE) united. In January 2004, he began serving as the head of staff for the Office of Legal Policy at the US Department of Justice in Washington, DC.
